For over 25 years I have absolutely loved the journey – bringing clarity and direction to SME (Small-to-Medium Enterprise) businesses and business units within larger organisations, supporting them as they change or grow, with openness, honesty and integrity.

What I do isn’t a job or a business … it’s been a 25 year working hobby/holiday!  It’s a pleasure to bring a fresh perspective, insights and a breadth of experience to support PEOPLE. Seeing customers expand their vision and growing beyond expectation, because of our interaction, is the ultimate reward. Whilst I only accept assignments where I believe I can add real value, I also always provide the most appropriate solution to fit my customer’s needs;   and if I don’t have a solution, I will typically find someone who will!
