Negotiation is a management skill essential to building, improving and maintaining business and personal relationships.
It is a process by which agreement is reached while avoiding destructive conflicts. The skills of an effective negotiator are wide-ranging, from emotional intelligence and empathy to fast analysis and number-crunching.
